The Colorado Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals is a premier Hispanic trade non-profit organization 5-1(c)(6) for professionals in the real estate, lending and housing industry and other cross over affiliate members and partners. CAHREP is a mission driven organization that is dedicated to increasing sustainable homeownership in the Hispanic community. We appreciate your support to accomplishing our mission "to increase the Hispanic sustainable homeownership rate by empowering the real estate professionals who serve the Hispanic consumer."
Our Hispanic segment represents annual purchasing power of over a Trillion dollars. As the nation's largest and fastest growing minority group, it is reshaping the way good and services are delivered across the marketplace. In the housing sector, Hispanics are expected to become a key driver in the first-time homebuyer market and will compromise as much as over 30 percent of new home owners.
