Conexión Américas is a comprehensive community organization serving Nashville, TN and the greater Middle Tennessee region with a diverse array of programs designed to empower Latino families and individuals. Since its founding in 2002, the organization has developed nationally recognized services that address the multifaceted needs of the Latino community, including business startup assistance, English language improvement programs, educational support for students from elementary through college preparation, and financial literacy services. Each year, Conexión Américas supports over 14,000 individuals and families through targeted initiatives that help families achieve critical milestones such as homeownership, business ownership, career development, and successful navigation of local systems and resources. The organization specializes in connecting Latino residents with essential information, local resources, and support networks that facilitate advancement and integration within Nashville's social, cultural, and economic landscape. As the lead partner of Casa Azafrán—a collaborative nonprofit hub located at the gateway to Nashville's International District—Conexión Américas works alongside nine partner organizations to provide comprehensive, accessible services. Whether serving first-generation immigrants seeking to establish themselves or established families looking to advance their economic stability and community engagement, Conexión Américas remains committed to building a welcoming environment where Latino families can belong, contribute meaningfully, and achieve lasting success in their adopted homeland.
