Entre Hermanos

Entre Hermanos is a Seattle, WA-based nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of the Latino LGBTQ community through comprehensive, culturally appropriate services. Since its establishment in 1991, the organization has grown to offer disease prevention programs, educational initiatives, and support services specifically designed to address the unique needs of Latino Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and questioning individuals. The organization provides HIV/AIDS prevention and education services in partnership with People of Color against AIDS (POCAAN), ensuring that community members receive evidence-based health information delivered in a culturally sensitive manner. Beyond health services, Entre Hermanos facilitates community building through advocacy work, recreational activities, and social events that celebrate Latino LGBTQ identity and culture. Operating with a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charter from the State of Washington since 2001, Entre Hermanos maintains offices in both Seattle and Yakima, extending its reach across Washington State. The organization's service model integrates prevention, education, support, and advocacy to create a holistic approach to community wellness. With over three decades of service, Entre Hermanos continues to expand its offerings and strengthen its commitment to serving Latinos throughout the state. The organization's work is supported by dedicated personnel, an active Board of Directors, and a robust volunteer corps committed to advancing health equity and social justice within the Latino LGBTQ community.
