Jolt Action

Jolt Action is a Texas-based multi-issue organization dedicated to building the political power and influence of Latinos across the state. Operating from Austin, TX, Jolt provides comprehensive civic engagement and leadership development services designed to empower young Latino voters and community members. The organization specializes in voter engagement campaigns, endorsing candidates up and down the ballot while conducting year-round issue advocacy to mobilize voters on matters most important to their families and communities. Jolt's leadership development programs offer training in public speaking, advocacy, organizing, and mobilization, equipping Latino youth with the skills needed to become effective community leaders. The organization also operates student organizing initiatives at high schools and college campuses throughout Texas, helping young people form clubs and chapters to register their peers to vote and organize around issues affecting their lives.
