Latino Community Fund Georgia

Latino Community Fund Georgia is a 501(c)(3) membership organization based in Decatur, GA that serves as both a philanthropic intermediary and direct service provider for Georgia's Latinx and Hispanic communities. Operating across five core programs, LCF Georgia addresses critical service gaps through three strategic pillars: advancing people's democracy, protecting and building community, and expanding economic opportunity. The organization provides comprehensive support including free health screenings to uninsured and underinsured individuals statewide, nonprofit education and technical assistance, civic participation initiatives, grants and scholarships, and capacity building for member organizations. LCF Georgia has distributed over $5 million in direct grants and scholarships, provided over 10,000 annual free health screenings across Georgia, and delivered more than 1,000 nonprofit education and coaching sessions to local leaders and organizations. As the only nonprofit in Georgia dedicated to providing funding specifically to the Latinx community, LCF Georgia maintains a bilingual, bicultural team with staff presence throughout the state including Atlanta, Tifton, Valdosta, and Gainesville. The organization operates a network of over 40 member organizations and serves as a trusted connector between funders, nonprofits, individuals, and businesses working within Georgia's diverse communities. Through programs like the Latinos for Democracy Coalition, LCF Georgia engages voters through nonpartisan civic participation, with demonstrated reach to every Latino voter multiple times annually. The organization's commitment extends to disaster relief, immigration advocacy, and supporting Latino entrepreneurs and students.
