The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) is the nation's largest and oldest Hispanic civil rights volunteer-based organization, headquartered in Washington, DC. LULAC operates an extensive network of services and programs designed to empower Hispanic Americans across multiple critical areas including education, economic development, health, housing, civil rights, and immigration reform. Through its national office in Washington, DC, LULAC coordinates the efforts of over 325,000 members across more than 535 local councils and 14 National Educational Service Centers spanning 33 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

The organization delivers comprehensive direct service programs and advocacy initiatives tailored to address the unique needs of Hispanic communities. LULAC's educational arm, the LULAC National Educational Service Centers (LNESC), provides educational programming to disadvantaged youth, impacting more than 18,000 Hispanic students annually across fourteen regional centers.
