About Westfield Spanish American Association
Since 1995 the Westfield Spanish American Association (WSAA) has empowered the Latino community in the Greater Westfield Area to come together and create a visible presence in the local community. With this presence the Westfield community has benefited from the Latino culture, art, language, music, and history of a vastly diverse people. Our contribution to the growth and richness of our community stems from our hard work and family values.
The Westfield Spanish American Association (WSAA) is a group dedicated to helping the Latino community and the Greater Westfield community. We want to provide unity, strength, and support an acceptance of identity to its members, their families, and the Latino community.
We want to promote awareness, exposure, and understanding of our culture for members and their families, and to the community at large, through the arts, the language, the music and our history, thereby promoting its continuance.
We hope to empower the Latino community by encouraging active participation in the community at large in the City of Westfield, thereby contributing to its growth and richness of diversity.
We hope to be a positive impact with the Latino community and the community at large through identified role models for our youth, our future, and by promoting the family through involvement and education.
